PAINFUL KNEE

Pain in the knee can occur from a wide variety of activities and several different structures can cause pain.

Pain in the knee can result from:- torn cartilage Kneecap- chondromalacia strained ligaments pulled hamstring
Referred pain from the spine or hip (See also sciatica) All can result in pain, swelling, stiffness and loss of movement in the knee joint.

TREATMENT

By treating using Connective Tissue Manipulation the circulation is improved, inflammation and pain reduced and the range of movement improved.

Connective Tissue Manipulation is a very useful technique for a large variety of knee injuries.
